Shipping Limitations

We are unable to ship to addresses in Asia and certain remote regions. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is within our service area.

Orders are carefully hand-picked and packaged with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate: $12.95
• Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment. Available on all orders over $50

Delivery

You are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. Any signs of damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the delicate and living nature of plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items if you simply change your mind:

We can only offer replacements for these items if they arrive damaged or defective.

Eligible Returns

For non-plant items (e.g., Blowers, Vacs and Shredders, Chainsaws), returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return for an eligible item:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for approval and return instructions with a Return Authorization (RA) number
3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
4. Mail the package to: Fresh Planty Store, 393 Adonais Way, DES MOINES, US 50359 with the RA number clearly marked

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
