We are thrilled to ship our plants and gardening products globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing Time: All orders are carefully hand-picked and packaged with love. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped.

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat Rate: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Available on all orders over $50.

Eligibility for Returns
For all other, non-plant items (e.g., Blowers, Vacs and Shredders, Chainsaws), returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
The Return Process
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a unique Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number cannot be processed.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address at:

Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. - Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, please follow the return process above and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange.
