Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of living plants, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Apple Trees & Pear Trees
  • Begonia Tubers
  • Blueberry Plants
  • Children’s Flower Plants
  • Citrus Trees
  • Clematis
  • Climbing Plants
  • Cottage Garden Plants
  • Crocus Bulbs
  • Daffodil Bulbs
  • Dahlia Tubers
  • Dwarf Fruit Trees
  • Exotic Plants
  • Flower Bulbs
  • Flower Plants
  • Flowers For Cutting
  • Foliage Plants
For these items, we can only offer replacements if they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an eligible item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 393 Adonais Way, DES MOINES, US 50359. Please include the Return Authorization Number on the package.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that depending on your credit card company’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange.
